Help with Medal Bar Photo

Can anyone tell if the guy in this photo is a doctor? He kind of looks like one, but I can't tell for sure. Thanks for any and all assistance.

You're right, but at the same time it's an ugly bar as well. It doesn't have but 9 medals and that thing is streched half way across the other side of his chest!! He must have been trying to impress someone!! Alex

I think you got it right. I see: 1914 Iron Cross Second Class, Bavarian Military Merit Cross Second Class w/Swords, 1914-1918 Cross of Honor w/Swords, Prince Regent Luitpold Jubilee Medal, Bavarian Medal of the Royal Wedding, Bavarian Long Service Medal, Tyrolean Commemorative Medal, 25-Year Faithful Service Decoration, and the Czech Annexation Medal. Must have been an NCO in WWI.
What do you find unusual about the bar?

precendecial (sp?) order #s, 4-8, in 1939 still following the older Bavarian rules (see the cover of your book for example).

Also the Tyrol medal.
