20 signature of Generalkommando XXVIII A.K.

Hi gents, yesterday arived at my home this document.
It's a non common document and full of signatures.
All is designed by hand (the flags and the ranks too...).
(I hope you like it! )

First signature on left column is of Eugen Theilacker (Chief of Staff)
First of right column is of Herbert Loch (Commander of XXVIII AK - RK on 16-6-1940)

Do someone understand some other signature?

Hi,below Theilacker sig is Obstlt Otto zum Eschenhoff,
11a of the Corps from Jan 42-July 43.He formerly served with
58th Inf Regt,promoted to Oberst 1/8/43(5)

Below Loch’s signature is that of Generalmajor (later Gen.d.Inf.) Hans Speth as Chief of Staff 18. Army to which XXVIII AK was subordinated at the time.
Below Eschenhoff is von Quast, below Speth is Niemeyer and Götz.
