The distance are road distances, not "as the crow flies", making it a bit imprecise, but I find it is in the area of Kaliningrad. The "place" has to be contained within each of the circles... It looks like the road from Athens wasnt very straight!
Oh yes, by the way, I am on vacation with to much time on my hands.
