Langsdorff signature---original?

Are these signatures genuine?
When I first saw these documents, these looked valuable...but
I become dubious about the authenticity.

I believe the documents are genuine. I dont have an example of Langsdorff signature to compare. However, it is extremely suspicious that all docs have no date or else the original date is written over with an earlier one. The docs original dates were after Langsdorff died, so he could not have signed them.
Additionally, I have seen other docs by this seller on ebay dated two or three years after Langsdorff died, with Langsdorff signature on them. However, the docs I have seen on ebay from this seller are all, IMHO, original.
