Yes my friend was also there at Kursk in the north. His Brummbar was hit there and he was the only crew member to survive. It was a direct hit on the drivers side and killed the driver, radioman/gunner and the commander. Since he was the loader he was on the other side of the vehicle. The vehicle was later retriebed and repaired. He was in the third platoon or I guess Zug.
