Stamper - Please Help

This came with a bunch of items from a vets son.

looks a little worn in places so I can only assume that is was used.

I am pretty sure it is a good one but thought I would check.

Also anyone have an idea of the value if it is good.

Sorry the only ink pad I have is running a bit dry so the pic is not that great.

I've seen several Berlin stamps from the Arbeitsamt and this is not one of them.
