Here is an other example of a "ubersendungsschreiben", a notice by post to the wife, mother or father of the soldier who recieved a medal.
Thise one is also for recieving the Demjanskschild.

Anna Lindenkohl
Totally off the subject, but the name "Anna Lindenkohl" is of some interest. I wonder if she was somehow related to the second wife of Generalkommissar / Gauleiter a.D. Wilhelm Kube (the guy who was blown up by his White Russian housemaid in 1943). Here's the details of his marriages (doubt any answer is to be found here, but just bringing it up as a matter of interest).

Married in 1913 to Margarete Schmidt, daughter of
the State Prosecutor Robert Schmidt in Berlin (five
sons resulted from this marriage). Late in 1935, Kube
fell in love with his secretary, Anita Lindenkohl
(though he was married). He got Fräulein Lindenkohl
pregnant and instituted divorce proceedings against
wife (persuading his grown son to testify against his
own mother). The chief judge of the NSDAP,
Reichsleiter and SS-Obergruppenführer Walter Buch was
fürious, expressing outrage against Kube's moral
decadence. Kube, incensed at Buch's meddling, swore
revenge, although Hitler had not shared in Buch's
outrage. He distributed an anonymous letter, signed
"Some Berlin Jews", which accused Frau Buch of Jewish
ancestry. Hitler then forced Kube to resign as
Gauleiter of Kurmark on 7. August 1936. In 1938, Kube
married Anita Lindenkohl (who was to survive the
bombing that killed her husband). Four children
resulted from his second marriage.Comment
