I think it's a Bucker Bu 131 "Jungmann". It's not an Arado -- have a look at the cabane struts (supporting the upper wing center section). The Jungmanns I have seen, though, have a door for a baggage compartment right behind the rear cockpit. This one doesn't. So I am not sure. Here is a photo of one still in existence.
These were made under license in Switzerland, Czechoslovakia -- and later Spain up until the 1960's. Many of the "Jungmanns" in the USA are Spanish built. Original German models are very scarce -- especially with the original Hirth engine.
