Do you have perhaps other pictures from this series that identify Porsche as the gentleman depicted? Do you know when or approximately when this picture was shot? I'm certainly prepared to agree the subject is not Streicher, but comparison of known Porsche pictures taken 1938 and before doesn't make me sanguine.
