          5346a/ The opening of the "Greater German Art Exhibition 1942" in Munich.
          For the third time during the war, the House of German art in Munich opened their doors on the 6 year anniversary of their opening. Reichsminister Dr. Goebbels opened the Great German Art Exhibition 1942 to the public in a short, dignified ceremony on Saturday afternoon (4 July 1942). Reichsminister Dr. Goebbels took the first tour of the exhibition. To his left is the wife of Professor Troost, and to his right is the Director of the House of German Art, Dr. Koll.
