      Todd, I'll be using this photo in my current project, thank you for it. I found that the photo appears in the Flemish Veterans' Association's series Vlaanderen in Uniform. The man in front is identified as Willy Selders. He was an early volunteer who eventually rose to NCO rank in the late-war Langemarck Division.

                I have Otto Schreiber serving with the Totenkopf Division, though not at any specified date. I'm not familiar with his career or his work, but there's a good chance this shows Totenkopf in the Luga area circa August 1941 (so that the photo was released a few weeks later).

                          2332/ German naval units operated victoriously in the Mediterranean. A special message from the OKW on 15 November 1941.
                          Our picture shows England’s newest aircraft carrier, the “Arc Royal”. It was built at a cost of 3.2 million Sterling Pounds, but now rests on the bottom of the Mediterranean after being skillfully sunk by 2 torpedoes.

                              Hi Todd, the date in the end of the caption. Is it the date of the picture taken or the published date?

                                It could be either. However, it is the date the press photo was released for publication. Normally, it was published at a few days later than published, but also was not unusual for the image to published years later for propaganda purposes.
