    Hi Stijn,

The airforce is Rumanian, but I have not yet been able to id the very old biplane yet! There is a book on the Rumanian airforce, but I do not have a copy.

    Regards,

    Neil

Hi Stijn, the aircraft is a British WW1 Bristol fighter. I recognise it from the days of my youth building "Airfix" model aircraft construction kits
Here is a link to a website which you might find of interest:

        unknown plane

        Hello,

Thank you very much gentlemen for your help and assistance => it is simply stunning for me to hear that the Rumanian airforce still used WWI planes as late as 1941 , I wonder what they tryed to reach with those old fashioned weaponry ?

          Hi Stijn,

Sorry Ade, but I think the plane is a Potez 25 14R, I found this pic of a captured one on the net, as well as the fact that Rumania produced 70 under licence. It was designed in 1925!

          cheers,

          Neil

            Cordial greetings,
            Dear Stijn,

Do you know how old the F16, C130 and Leopard tanks are the Belgian Army still uses. Compared to that these Rumanians were equiped with the latest state of the art technology
