This postcard has a small piece of thin cardboard attached with a split pin. I just can't read it, except it appears to say something about stamps. Is this perhaps a Reichspost "postage due" notice?

It says "Ich bitte nür ..... marke zu stempellen"
It means something like "Please cancel only (missing word) stamp.
Special cancelation for Hitler birthday was probably already there so he wanted just second stamp to be canceled. (just my thoughts)Comment

I believe the missing words ere "die untere" (lower). Meaning please just cancel only the lower stamp.
