Kriegsmarine Offizier with RK, Zerstörerkriegsabzeichen and Narvikschild - but who?

Hello friends.

I was able to obtain this picture some time ago, but i'm a little in the dark regarding the identity of this Kriegsmarine Offizier. I can see that he's awarded the Narvikschild, the Zerstörerkriegsabzeichen and the RK, so this should narrow his name i should think.

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me his name.
