    Help needed in identifying document

I have come across the following document and wonder if anyone could identify it for me. I guess that it is Imperial so I don't know if I should post it here.
    Thanks.

It says that the owner of the document make some donation for the Ludendorff fund for war disabled servicemen. It was initiated in May 1918 for the "crippeled" of WW I. There exist a couple of postcards and "recipts" which you got when you donated some money for the fund. Sorry for my bad English. Best Regards K.

Thanks Konradr, and don't apologize for your English, which is very good. My German on the other hand is very poor.

Just to add a bit, exactly 1/2 Reichsmark was donated.

I wonder what you could buy for that....

            best

At the End of 1918 you got for 1 Mark 2 Dollars, this changed due to the reparations to the winners of WW I. In 1920 you got for 1 Dollar 16 Mark, in 1922 1600 Mark and on the top of the inflation you got for 1 Dollar 1 trillion mark an egg did cost 320 billion marks. At this point the Ludendorffund was broke. Best regards K.

Thanks Hank and Konrad for the financial information. Any idea what this document might be worth, if anything at all?
