Need help to identify RK-Träger

Just got this signed photo of a Kriegsmarine RK-träger. A fellow collecter told me, that it could very well be Karl Müller, who was awarded the RK on 8.7.43.
Could any one confirm, that this is Karl Müller? I would appriciate any details about his life, carrier etc.

I fully agree with Jacques. This Kaleu. KArl Wilhelm Müller from the Schnellboot branch (The Schnellboot abzeichen can be partly seen on his chest).
He wasawarded the KC for having sunk about 25 ships (180,000 BRT). Here is info about him :
