Himmler Short signature ?? Opinions needed..

Hi all,

came across an promotion award, and has a stamp on the lower page which says: RF SS vorgetragen: ......... and then some date handwritten and an H, like Himmlers signature.

RF SS vorgetragen means: The Reichsfuehrer SS (Himmler) has seen this promotion and signed it.

Could this be then a Himmler signature ?

No. I would say the date and initial are those of a filing clerk.

"vorgetragen" must not mean "seen and signed it". The only meaning is the Reichsführer had the information of the promotion. He must not have seen the document or the files and he must not have signed it. Only the information (a report) he had.
