Help ID'ing An SS Unit Collar Tab

Greetings,
I've just purchased a group photo of the employees of the Reichsanstalt für Luftschutz office in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The boss is wearing an SS officer's uniform. From his rank tab he appears to be a Sturmbahnführer. His unit-of-assignment collar tab looks like it might be a wolfs hook. Can any of you knowlegable folks out there identify his unit collar tab?

That is not a SS uniform. It is SA.

Is that an SA Nordmark tab?

The man in the SA uniform was the office chief of the Reichsanstalt für Luftschutz office located in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin. I don't know if SA Nordmark would be a good fit.

Nordmark is the SA erea for Kiel and Hamburg
are you sure it`s not the chypre " 1 " instead of a Wolfsangel,-that would bring more sence, as I presume it`s an Algm.SS uniform and not SA
