Hello got this Photo for a while now and still wonder if this Photo is made in Italy or could it be possible that it shows spanish Fascists?

I think not. The write on the wall of the buld on background say probably "W the Duce (Mussolini), foundator of the empire". I thibk is a meeting or some "open day".

May be the photo is taken in Italian occupied North Africa (e. g. Libya).

There are palm trees and the form of the windows are looking a bit "moorish".

May be some of you can identify the place which could also be in the south of Italy.
