More Translation Help needed sniper photos

Both of these are on the back of 2 sniper photos. They both have ZF41s. Can someone pleas translate for me.

our snipers improve themselves constantly. It is not unususl to hear reports that a sniper can kill 40, 50, or even 60 Soviets in a short time.
Snipers are often valuable in knocking out enemy recon. patrols.

Our Grenadier Company has placed its snipers at an especially good observation point, on the front line, at Orel.
They shoot from a well camouflaged position, every shot is a hit.
The Soviets have great respect for these snipers.

no, not an American. I am a Brit/Aussie who served with the Army of Occupation here (Berlin Brigade).

I liked it so much in the days of the Berlin Wall that I stayed.
