Man in background at right is SS-Gruf. / Oberbefehlsleiter der NSDAP Helmuth Friedrichs, Leiter of the "Hauptamt Politische" (Main Political Office) and "Sachbearbeiter fuer Innere Parteiangelegenheiten" (Specialist for Internal Party Matters) in the Parteikanzlei. Bio and so-so quality photo appears in my book "Leaders of the SS & German Police, Volume I".
