uniforms nsdap

hi guys,

this is a photo dated 1941...i cant read rest of handwriting on rear.
its a group using pistol,looks like they are taking notes on desk...what uniform are they in?

guy on far right has a cuff band saying...OST.....

any clues?

Uniform = Forestry
Cuff = OST means "EAST" and shows that this offical is from the occopied terretories. Probably Poland.

If I remember correctly Mr. Weitze had a Foresty coat with the OST cufftitle for sale.
