Hi opinions my letter from Dr.Goebbels.
I hope you can read the texst it was difficult to get the camera focus on the texst. It has a party eagle on left side on the letter,myebe difficult to see it on the pic.

I think this is a printed response to birthday wishes, with a printed signature. I have not seen one before, so cannot comment further without proper examination.
