Hello.Can anybody pleas help me by identifi this paper. On top of paper is water stamp eagel than is photo of Hitler and under is german words(i dont understand it). It measures are cc A5 format. Is this maybi telegram or some diplom? Pleas if anybody can help me I will be very gratefull.

There was a certain Georg Paul Erich Hilgenfeldt (+ 1897 + 1945), a high ranking official of the NSDAP.

Hello Gerdan.Thenks very much for translate of tekst and identification of sign. Yet must only know is that telegram or ? I get it with group of photos from ww1 official army photograph and will be photograph after ww1 in his town too.
