I think the first award is the Czech Annexation Medal with Spange. It was award number 4337 which i think corresponds to the Urkunde issue number.

I wonder why the other awards wouldn't have been entered. I need a "scratches head" smilie!

You are right, indeed the first entry is the

"Medaille zur Erinnerung an den 1. Oktober 1938" (Sudetenland - Medaille)

The eact wording of the first award entry I read:

"Sud(eten) Fr(eiheits) Med(aille) mit Spange Nr. 4337"
