Karl Gutenberger (a future SS-Obergruppenführer und General der Waffen-SS und der Polizei, and HSSPF West), Kurt Kühme, and- possibly- Wilhelm von Schorlemer. Not sure about the SA-Brigf. at left... maybe I'll come up with an ID before the day's out.

It's not von Schorlemer, but Heinrich Knickmann. Michael is right about the others.
The Bluttordenträger next to Lutze is his Adjutant Walter Heitmüller.
