I am looking for the name of the commander of the Heeresentlassungstelle 1/X from time frame September 1944 to December 1944. The commander was a Oberstleutnant and the award docs says: Hamburg 13, den 17. November 1944

Any info is appreciated.

This was the first Army Discharge Office of Wehrkreis X...I don't know of any listings of these yet!
