Infanterie 'Knight's Cross' Group - Werner Naseband

Here is a new pickup that I haven't really had time to research, but I am very much looking forward to soon. The group is for Werner Naseband, a career Infanterie officer from the prewar days right up until the end of the war. I have a fair amount of his postwar paper work too, including his Bundeswehr Wehrpaß, which I will try to post later.

    I hope you enjoy...

EK I for actions during the early months of Operation Barbarossa.

Any ideas on the signature. Gen. d. Infanterie Paul Laux, was the commanding general for the 126 ID. at this time...

The badge of the 'Infantrymen'...I believe this is the signature of Oberst Harry Hoppe, later a GenLt. and Eichenlaubträger.
