photo with unknown uniform

As the pic's file name implies, this WWI veteran is a member of the Stahlhelmbund; his rank is Wehrmann.
My guess (from what little we can see of the insigne on his right sleeve) would be that he belongs to Landesverband Nordmark.
He is a WWI veteran; apart from his ribbon bar and wound badge, he also appears to wear a membership badge for the NSKOV.

This guy is a standard bearer in the Stahlhelmbund. The photo was taken in @ mid 1933-34, when the Stahlhelm was amalgamated-forcibly- into the "SA Reserve" by Rohm. Stahlhelm members were allowed to wear their badges, but added the cap eagles and armbands until the 'reorganization" (political defanging and foreced retirement of @ 35% of the vets from the SA ranks) was completed in 1935. Stahlhelm officers were given (lesser) SA ranks and not a few were retired. the rank and file later either got SA uniforms or the vets assn. clothing.
Note his home made ribbon bar-pre 1934/35 (no HKx-but an Ek2, what appears to be a Wurtmbrg. medal and the Hungarian 14-18 medal).
Don't know about the buckle-but Verkuilen will know. It's similar to a Freikorps units insignia (Baltic landwehr?).
