Hi all I came across these documents from my grandfather I know they are his POW capture Docs but is his unit listed somewhere on them or what army captured him?? (I don't read German), Thanks a lot

Only that he was Waffen SS. Those papers are bilingual so that non-German speakers amongst the allied troops could understand them.
Seems to have been held by the Americans.Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.Comment
