SA Scharfuhrer. . .?

This photo has been in the family for years. I guess my mother dated the SA man's son back in the 60s. Could anybody enlighten me with whatever information they can about this photo? I would just like to know as much as I can about this. The scharfruhrer's last name is Wagner.

The man on the picture is from the SA Wehrmannschaften. The odd thing is that the collar tab isn't piped as it should be. Very nice picture.
