if the FPN is 33620 then it corresponds to the following unit:

      33620

      (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) Stab Radfahr-Wach-Bataillon 614,
      (1.3.1942-7.9.1942) Stab II Sicherungs-Regiment 4,
      (8.9.1942-11.3.1943) Stab II Radfahr-Regiment 4,
      (8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 6.1.1944 Stab II Radfahr-Sicherungs-Regiment 4,
      (25.11.1944-Kriegsende) 5.1.1945 gestrichen.

      If its 35620 then:

      35620

      (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) 1./Jagdgeschwader 70,(28.4.1940-19.9.1940) 1. /Jagdgeschwader 54,
      (28.2.1941-29.7.1941) gestrichen, wurde Fp.Nr. 38267,
      (1.3.1942-7.9.1942) Stab III u. 9.-12. Kompanie Infanterie-Regiment 108,
      (8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 31.1.1944 Stab II u. 5.-8. Kompanie Infanterie-Regiment 986,
      (8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 3.2.1944 Stab II u. 5.-8. Kompanie Grenadier-Regiment 986,
      (23.4.1944-24.11.1944) 25.10.1944 gestrichen, wurde Fp.Nr. 19504.

Do not look like Kreigsmarine units to me

Simon, looks like a dodgy one to me

PS FPN 33820 would make it a Luftwaffe unit.

Hang on there, I'm not suggesting this is a fake by any means. The number is a little difficult to read that's all.

The number on the blockadebreaker doc is the serial number of the doc.

Nor I, the visible FPN on that stamp does not match up with any KM units. To my eyes it reads either 33620 or 35620, neither of which are KM units.

Would Marineartillerie units be coast gun units? If so it would be the case of finding the FPN's of any of these units in the East and see if they match up.

What is ceratin is that the FPN I can see does not belong to any Marineartillerie unit.

I also believe that this document is absolutely original even though a bit puzzling. After staring at this for quite awhile, I think I may have the puzzle solved. I believe the Feldpostnummer is actually 33626. This number should correspond to Stab Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 530. I think the signature is that of Kovettenkapitän Schwenke, who was the Abteilung Commander. Seems to make sense now.
                  Best regards,
                  Tom
