It's one I would want to physically examine for confirmation, but it does appear genuine.
From the image on my PC screen, the ink stamp looks real. I have a very slight problem with Heiden's surname, but his first name certainly looks authentic.
We must not assume it belonged to Hitler as several of Hitler's close circle had German Shepherd dogs as pets, including Graf.
Yes, with a slight reservation, I'd say it was real.
