Wehrmacht Tunic, KM Minesweeper, LW Flak (?)

Am I correct in what I see as a combination here...Is this a Wehrmacht Tunic with a Minesweeper Badge and a LW Flak badge?

Second question: Pajama bottoms or perhaps he was recently wounded and is wearing hospital issue bottoms?

I also thought marine artillery, but isn't that type of radio operator's qualification patch strictly an Army type?

i guess you are right,it certainly does not look like KM insignia.
As far as the "PJ's" go,i can only presume,like yourself,that he is recovering in a Hospital.
