This is Oakleaves holder Kurt Gröschke. He served in the Berliner Landespolizeigruppe "von der Wecke" and was promoted to lieutenant at 1st April, 1934. He volunteered the FJ at the end of 1935. He was promoted to First Lieutenant at 1st October 1935.
