may i ask? how do you know these photos show members of the Hermann Goering division, is it the white collar tabs ? was that only used for herman goering members ?

Yes, White tabs for RGG/HG members....sometimes you will see them in various ways....without wings (rekruitenseit) or with branch cord around the tab with wings or with Totenkopf.
