It is Ludwig Bäcker and the SA-Schule (SA - School) was in
Borghorst, today a town in the Kreis Steinfurt / Nordrhein- Westfalen not so
far away from Münster/Westfalen.

It looks like the writer put 2 "L"s in the word "schulle"...that's what threw me off at first....
