italian 100% the black flames on the uniform are clear, is an high grade
of blackshirt RSI period the date of the ink stamp 28 X 1943 is the date of
the march of Rome is XXI anniversary of the fascist revolution.
The face in photo is not clear but I search other info to give an
name at this fascist RSI leader.
