Help IDing Staff Car & Grafitti

Can anyone tell me the make/model of this staff car? Also, can you help me translate the grafitti on the fenders? I would like to get a positive ID before I list it for sale. Thank you in advance!

You will need to zoom in on the fenders before we will be able to read the graffiti.

Looks like this car was used in celebrating the sudentland being incorporated into the reich. Hence all the flowers.

it looks like the graffiti reads: Das befreit Sudetenland Grusst (the last word is partially blocked by the flowers but it might be Berlin). That would be: The free Sudetenland greets Berlin.

The Writings on the Car says: "Das befreite Sudetenland grüßt Berlin" - (The liberated Sudetenland greets Berlin).

Thank you guys for this excellent information & thank you Larrister for the photo! I apologize I did not reply sooner. It appears the WAF notifications were sent to my SPAM folder.

Hope everyone's New Year is going well...
