Well, the first thing I noticed is the number plate. "IA" is a civilian licence plate prefix, and according to http://www.wwiidaybyday.com/, it means:
IA=Berlin Polizei Reg.Bez.
It's difficult to make out the unit insignia exactly. And there's something else written on the back of the truck in the second photo. Any chance of a better scan?
And "K" would stand for "Gruppe Kleist". This marking was used widely during Barbarossa and was still in use by some units in 1942. These photos were almost certainly taken in 1941.
