Hi Ralf,
I don't think his autograph is very common. He was killed in 1944 soon after receiving the Diamonds.

Hans Hubbe´s death

Hi,

As Dick said, is certain that there aren´t so much signed pictures of him. Hans Hubbe died in a flying accident on April 21st, 1944, in route to Berlin to get his Diamonds set from the hands of Hitler, who awarded Hubbe on the previous day (same occasion when he was promoted to Generaloberst).

Interesting to note that Hubbe (born on 29/10/1890) had lost his left arm very early in WWI (in Setember, 1914). After recover, he return to frontline duties, and rose to Hauptmann and was awarded with the Knight´s Cross of the House of Hohenzollern.

Very interesting and tough soldier.
