We all know atrocities happened, the question is what does this photo show. In the absence of anything unusual in the photo, can the caption be considered credible?
For example, it is common in the media for a "documentary" to have a narrator speak of hundreds or thousands of executions in a given situation while simultaneous video is shown of the bodies or graves of several people. The video seems to confirm the narration, but in a literal sense there is actually a contradiction that may or may not be pointing to an exaggeration or fabrication. When what we see does not match what we hear or read, we have to remain skeptical.
