Heer Oberleutnant w/KVK1 photo help

Just acquired this beautiful Heer Oberleutnant photo. This senior looking soldat looks like he is showing off his new KVK1 after what looks like a long career in the Wehrmacht. It is postcard size and has writing on the reverse.

If possible I would like to have the writing on the reverse translated if possible. My best try at a partial translation is something about June 1944...in field.....Rumania perhaps?

Any help would be appreciated.
