Hi guys
To cut a long story short I came by this with a haul of WWI and WWII docs and medals left to me by an old lady whose husband had fought in both wars. It included POW letters, award certificates, loads of various docs - and this. It's all been sat neglected in my collection for about 15 yrs, it's only today I've dug it out and started photographing it.
No idea how the lady who gave me the stuff came by it but she was a right hoarder. It appears to be a War Office copy of an internal memo. It has some further serial numbers at the bottom of the page (not in photo). No sig's or stamp or anything on it. Blank on reverse. Has anyone seen anything like this before?
