RK winner spelling right?????

i was selling a RK winners signature and i just cant find any info on him! iv gone through christian federls RK winners of the panzer troops and hes just not there!! also i cant find him in elite of the third reich by walther-peer fellgiebel either! the guys name is leutnant fritz kercher pz.jager abt 5 and here his pic! have i got the spelling right??? im looking for infor on when he was awarded his RK?? any help would be cool!
