    Who is this General?

    Does anybody recognise this General? It's not the clearest photo in the world but I do believe I see a General's collar patches. Also, what's with the uniform of the other guy? What branch is he from?

      He is an NSKK member acting as a driver to the Wehrmacht (armband on sleeve of Wehrmacht eagle).
