RFV customs sticker

has anyone seen one of these before?

I was told it is a sticker that was used to put on items cleared by customs. I didn't know stickers existed back then. But I guess it's just like an envelope stamp.

thanks.... where did you get yours? mine apparently sold from an overseas dealer.
