ID Book Photo? Anyone Know?

This also came with the vets lot.

Only photo of a civilian looking person. All other photos are of heer officers, NCO, enlisted men.

This one has what appear to be period staples. Also the lower left hand corner (our left) has a stamp with the letters "A D T*N". Back has devloper/film information and some penciling on the lower right hand corner with what appears to be a number and letter sequence. Looks like a backward "R" a backward "g" then "065".

Did this belong to some sort of civilian ID book?

Anyone with any idea what it went to please chime in.

The letters "ADT" are the last three letters of the word STADT (City) and the next, "N", made be for NÜRNBERG, although there are certainly other possibilities.

Larry beat me to it! Could be any city staring with N and any type of ID issued by a city.
