Hello all, I have anr photo that I am going to move but I need a translation. the only thing I can read is "the company, romainian?, and august 1944."

Tudor - Vladimirescu is the name of a famous Bulgarien revolutionary who lived

from 1780 - 1821. May be it is also a place name?

Almost perfect, but the town is Tudor-Vladimirescu.
