Looks okay, hard to say for sure without seeing the edges, to make sure it isn't cut.
Also, the writing on the top isn't very attractive. Unless you want that sort of thing.
How much is it being sold for?

Fair, I think. Not a great deal, not the worst. I think you could find a document in better condition. The names on it are interesting, but many document collectors (I believe) would not like them. Plus with all the folds in it.
If the cross is in good condition, 90 euro is the maximum price I would pay for both together.
Please see if anybody else has opinions though.
